Renovated noble house with terrace and garden in the historic center.


Large noble house of the early '900 on three levels (243 sq m l.) With 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a terrace and garden (300 sq m), renovated in 2016 according to the anti-seismic legislation, it is immediately furnished and habitable. The house is located on the main street of the historic center, can be reached by car and has a large private square for parking. The main facade has a succession of five high windows at the top, one with a stone balcony and the other with balconies, topped by an elegant attic frame. A further long horizontal frame frames the openings on the ground floor, which lead into commercial or service rooms, with in the center the beautiful stone portal which constitutes the entrance to the house. The floors are mostly the original ones in marble chips with decorations forming geometric patterns. The external frames are the original wooden ones (to be rearranged) and the rear wooden ones, restored and with armored shutters in dark green aluminum. The internal wooden window frames are in fine Art Nouveau style. The heating system is natural gas with wall radiators and boiler housed on the terrace. Alarm system present.

Torre dei Passeri (PE) is a Municipality of 3200 inhab. 172 m asl in the Valpescara, dominated by the Gizzi Castle and near the ancient Abbey of S. Clemente a Casauria; the town is surrounded by hills and mountains, in a privileged position, about 30 'from the sea (Pescara) and 20'-40' from the major ski resorts of Abruzzo. There are numerous shops, bars, restaurants, schools, green areas and high-level sports facilities. Excellent connections by train (Pescara-Rome), A25 motorway and bus lines to the major cities of the region and also directly to Rome and the international airports of Fiumicino, Ciampino and Pescara.
